8 Battle for Azeroth Features You Didn't Know

1. COMMUNITIES

Basicaly it looks like a discord server, but it does not require players to download any software and can be used in game.

So, you can create or join a community. There are different roles can be setup inside of a community. You are also able to schedule events or even join the raids created inside of the community.

2. UPRIGHT ORCS AND TROLLS

Orc and troll male models are going to have a custom posture feature, which would allow you to create an upright orc or troll character.

This is also a customizable feature, so you can change it in-game using barbershop.

3. ITEM SQUISH

There going to be another number squish in Battle for Azeroth. Unlike Warlods of Draenor squish, Blizzard are also squishing item level.

Smaller numbers are more readable and the current numbers are getting way too high.

4. CLASS CHANGES

Class buffs are coming back! This is really cool for class identity and grouping up as a party or raid when everyone can power up each other.

Another thing. We are used to our current artifact traits, but how it going to look since we all going to lose our artifact weapons in the end? - Most of those traits are going to be transformed into talents or built up right into your character's specialization.

5. FLYING

Flying access would be similar in Battle for Azeroth, comparing how it was unlocked in Legion.

Blizzard likes that players have to explore locations first, complete the essential quest lines, or even do some complicated achievements.

So, this seems to be right to us, since you first need to put some efforts and after that enjoy your ability to fly.

6. TIMEWALKING

Blizzard most likely is going to add some more timewalking dungeons and raids to the current pool. Also, the difficulty of those instances should be tuned slightly.

Who knows, probably we'll be able to complete mythic+ version of those dungeons in Battle for Azeroth?

7. PROFESSIONS

The core system of professions will remain the same as it was in Legion, which means that you'll still be able to rank your recipes up.

However, the amount of quests required to fully unlock any profession will be lowered. You will be able to get recipes from quests, dungeons or even raids.

8. FOLLOWER MISSIONS

So far it seems that there won't be anything like mission table as it was in Warlods of Draenor or Legion.

Blizzard announced said that there'll be something similar to that in Battle for Azeroth.
